1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the website of Letter From Seoul (LFS) and enrolling in our coaching programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
LFS provides bespoke Korean language coaching and educational materials. The specific details of each course (sessions, duration, and content) will be outlined in your “Bespoke Learning Blueprint” provided after the diagnostic session.
3. Payment & Subscription
Payments are processed through our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. For subscription-based products (The Signature), you will be billed every 30 days until cancellation.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
- To reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered “completed” and are not subject to make-up sessions or refunds.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the coaching (PDFs, recordings, curriculum) are for your personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold.
6. Limitation of Liability
LFS is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
